The members of the Force of Nature came together to address what we see as three of the world’s most challenging problems: climate change, biodiversity loss, and the preservation of indigenous cultures. Knowing we could not tackle these problems by ourselves, we looked for a partner who was already making a significant contribution in those areas. We found a partner in Conservation International (CI). CI has been combatting those problems on a global scale since 1986. They have an excellent track record, and they are deeply respected by other non-profits, businesses, and even the United Nations.
Since we have had so much interest from other companies in helping us fundraise, we have formed a coalition of concerned businesses and leaders called the Force of Nature. At The Force of Nature, we are separate from Conservation International, but they are our strategic partner. We see our mission as raising resources for CI and supporting their implementation of those resources to combat the aforementioned challenges.
Our hope is that this group will continue to grow in the future and provide critical resources that CI needs to preserve our natural environment.
